Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface near power outlet.

Install ink cartridges: Open front cover, remove protective tape from cartridges, insert into correct slots until they click.
Load paper: Adjust paper guide in rear tray, load paper print-side down.

Controls and Functions

Printing Documents & Photos

Select file to print from application (File > Print).
Choose "Canon MP495 series" as printer.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Scanner Glass: Clean with soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water.

CAUTION! Do not touch scanner glass with fingers. Do not spray cleaner directly on printer.

Troubleshooting
