Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface near power outlet.

  1. Remove all packaging tapes and materials from printer.
  2. Install ink cartridges: Open front cover, insert PG-245 and CL-246 cartridges into respective slots.
  3. Load paper: Adjust paper guides in rear tray, load plain paper.
  4. Connect power: Plug AC adapter into printer and wall outlet.
  5. Turn on printer using power button.

WARNING! Do not touch print head or ink cartridge contacts. Keep printer away from heat and humidity.

First-Time Setup
