Tools Needed:

Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Position: Remove all packaging materials and position the copier on a flat, stable surface near power outlet and computer.
- Install Ink Cartridges: Open the front cover and install the provided ink cartridges following the color indicators.
- Connect Power: Connect the power cable to the copier and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Load Paper: Adjust the paper guides in the input tray and load plain paper (up to 100 sheets).
- Connect to Computer: Connect via USB cable to your computer or set up wireless connection through the control panel.
- Install Software: Insert setup CD or download drivers from Canon website and follow on-screen instructions.
- Test Functions: Print a test page, make a copy, and scan a document to verify all functions work properly.

Troubleshooting

- B200: Fatal error - Unplug for 60 seconds, then retry
