Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a stable, level surface near a power outlet.

  2. Install the ink tanks: Open the front cover, remove caps from ink bottles, and fill each tank to the indicated line (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
  3. Load paper: Adjust the paper guide in the rear tray and load plain paper.

CAUTION! Use only Canon GI series inks. Do not mix colors. Wipe any spills immediately with a dry cloth. Keep ink bottles out of reach of children.
