Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and tapes from printer.
  2. Install ink cartridges: Open front cover, insert PG-245 black and CL-246 color cartridges until they click.
  3. Load paper: Adjust rear paper guide, load up to 100 sheets of plain paper.
  4. Connect power: Plug AC adapter into printer and wall outlet.
  5. Turn on printer using power button.

WARNING! Do not touch print head or ink cartridge contacts. Keep printer away from heat and humidity.

First-Time Setup
