Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet.

  1. Install ink tanks: Remove protective seals, insert tanks into correct slots (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
  2. Load paper: Adjust rear paper guide, load up to 150 sheets face down.
  3. Power connection: Plug power cord into printer and wall outlet.
  4. Install software: Insert CD or download from Canon website, follow on-screen instructions.
  5. Wireless setup: Use WPS or manual configuration via control panel or software.

WARNING! Handle ink tanks carefully to avoid spills. Keep printer horizontal during setup.

Ink Refilling:

  3. Insert bottle into tank; ink flows automatically.
  4. Wait until tank is full, remove bottle.

Tip: Refill ink before empty to avoid print head damage.

Printing Operations

Supports documents, photos, web pages.

  1. Select print command from application.
  2. Choose PIXMA G3260 as printer.
  3. Set preferences: paper size, type, quality, duplex.
  4. Click Print.
  5. For borderless photos: select "Borderless" in paper settings.
  6. For duplex: select "Two-Sided Printing."

Mobile Printing:

  1. Install Canon PRINT app.
  2. Connect device to same Wi-Fi as printer.
  3. Select photo/document, choose print options.

WARNING! Do not open covers during printing. Use recommended paper types.

Scanning & Copying

Flatbed Scanning:

  1. Place document face down on scanner glass.
  2. Use Canon IJ Scan Utility or software.
  3. Select scan settings (color, resolution, file format).
  4. Press Scan.

Copying:

  1. Place document on scanner glass.
  2. Press Copy button on control panel (if available).
  3. Select number of copies, paper size, quality.

Wireless Connectivity

Wi-Fi Setup:

  1. Press Wi-Fi button on control panel.
  2. Use WPS (press router WPS button) or manual setup.
  3. Select network, enter password via LCD navigation.

Wi-Fi Direct: Connect devices directly without router. AirPrint/Google Cloud Print: Enable in printer settings or software.
