Installation Guide
Tools Needed:

- Installation CD or downloaded drivers

Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack the Printer: Remove all packaging materials, tape, and protective covers from the printer.
- Install Ink Cartridges: Open the ink cartridge cover and install the PG-545 (black) and CL-546 (color) cartridges following the on-screen instructions.
- Load Paper: Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray and load plain paper (up to 100 sheets).
- Connect Power: Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power outlet. Turn on the printer.
- Install Software: Insert the installation CD or download the latest drivers from the Canon website. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Connect to Computer: Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable when prompted during software installation.
- Test Print: Print a test page to verify proper installation and alignment.
