Installation & Unpacking

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet.

  1. Remove all tape and packaging materials from printer exterior and interior.
  2. Install ink cartridges: Open front cover, insert PG-275 black and CL-276 color cartridges until they click.
  3. Load paper: Adjust paper guide on rear paper support, load up to 100 sheets of plain paper.
  4. Connect power cord to printer and wall outlet.

WARNING! Do not touch print head or ink cartridge contacts. Keep printer horizontal during setup.

First-Time Setup

Power on printer; follow on-screen prompts on OLED display.

  1. Align print head: Printer will automatically align print head after ink installation.
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi: Press Wi-Fi button, use display to select network and enter password.

Printing & Scanning Operations

Supports printing, copying, scanning from various sources.

  1. Print from computer: Select document, choose PIXMA TS3722 as printer, adjust settings.

Replacing Ink Cartridges:

  1. Open front cover when printer is on.
  2. Wait for cartridge carrier to move to replacement position.
  3. Press old cartridge down to release, remove.
  4. Unpack new cartridge, insert until it clicks.
  5. Close front cover, printer will align print head.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Exterior: Use soft, dry cloth. Scanner glass: Use lint-free cloth with mild glass cleaner. Interior: Use compressed air to remove dust.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Never spray liquids directly on printer.
