Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet.

  1. Remove packaging materials and tape from printer interior.
  2. Install ink tanks: Remove caps, insert tanks into correct color slots (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
  3. Fill ink tanks: Use provided ink bottles; fill to MAX line.
  4. Load paper: Adjust paper guides in rear tray; load up to 250 sheets.
  5. Connect power cord and plug into AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not touch print head or ink contacts. Keep printer horizontal during setup.

First-Time Setup

Power on printer; follow on-screen prompts on LCD.
