Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack the Printer: Remove all packaging materials and tape from the printer and accessories.
- Install Ink Cartridges: Open the ink cartridge cover and install the color and black ink cartridges according to the labels.
- Load Paper: Adjust the paper guides and load plain paper into the paper cassette or rear tray.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the printer and plug into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
- Connect to Computer: Connect via USB cable, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet cable depending on your preferred connection method.
