PIXMA TS Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • USB cable (if connecting via USB)
  • Network cable (if connecting via Ethernet)
  • Power cable
  • Ink cartridges (included)
  • Setup CD or downloaded drivers

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack the Printer: Remove all packaging materials and tape from the printer and accessories.
  2. Install Ink Cartridges: Open the ink cartridge cover and install the color and black ink cartridges according to the labels.
  3. Load Paper: Adjust the paper guides and load plain paper into the paper cassette or rear tray.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the printer and plug into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Connect to Computer: Connect via USB cable, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet cable depending on your preferred connection method.
  6. Install Software: Insert the setup CD or download drivers from Canon website and follow on-screen instructions.
  7. Test Print: Print a test page to verify proper installation and print quality.
Warning: Do not touch the print head or ink cartridge contacts. Keep the printer on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting
