Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Prepare: Remove all packaging materials and protective tapes from the printer.
- Install Ink Cartridges: Open the front cover, install the four color ink cartridges (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) in their designated slots.
- Load Paper: Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray and load plain paper (up to 100 sheets).
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the printer and plug into a power outlet.
- Computer Connection: Connect via USB cable or set up wireless connection using the WPS button or manual network setup.
- Install Software: Run the installation software from the provided CD or download from Canon website.
